Eliqxir’s founding team is led by all Black women with expertise and passions that span across various skill sets including but not limited to law, public policy, finance, marketing and sales, design, philanthropy, and the Black Experience. Not only have these ladies founded Eliqxir together but they have also founded a deep sisterhood in one another that is truly magical and rebellious.

Chief Executive Officer

Sibusisiwe Dlangalala

Sibusisiwe is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Political Science and Peace, War & Defense. She spent five years as a legal analyst at Meta Platforms and is now pursuing her JD at New York University School of Law.

Chief Financial Officer

Rachelle Jacques

Rachelle is a graduate of Princeton University with a B.A. in Public Policy, with focus on international and Black studies. She started her career at Meta Platforms as a Risk Program Manager, specializing in Caribbean operational safety. She now serves as a Program Manager at Patrick’s Kids Foundation, co-founded by her and her family.

Maxine Richmond

Maxine is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a dual B.A. in African American Diaspora studies and Rhetorical Communications. She currently works as an Account Manager at Meta Platforms Inc.

Chief Marketing Officer

Lanier Gray

Lanier is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A in Advertising. She now specializes in external communications and product marketing for Google Workspace customers as a Program Manager at Google. She previously worked as an Account Strategist in Google Ads.

Chief Creative Officer

Jazzmin Robinson

Jazzmin is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in International Business and minor in the Spanish language. She currently works for Bain & Company conducting research as a Senior Specialist within the Financial Services, M&A, and DEI practices. Additionally, Jazzmin also operates as a freelance graphic designer.
